Who we are
Zentora Digital Marketing is a marketing agency in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. We build websites, run search and content programs, and manage phone and lead tracking for home service businesses such as remodeling and construction contractors. This policy covers zentoramarketing.com and the call tracking numbers we operate on behalf of our clients.
What we collect
When you contact us through this site, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your business. We also collect ordinary web analytics such as pages viewed, approximate location, referring site and device type, and we use Microsoft Clarity to record how visitors scroll and click through our own pages, with anything typed into a form masked.
When you call or text a tracking number we manage for a client, we collect your phone number, the time and length of the call, the source that led you to the number, and the content of any text messages. Calls to those numbers may be recorded, and recordings and transcripts are stored in our call tracking platform.
How we use it
We use what you give us to reply to you, to deliver the services our clients hire us for, and to measure which marketing actually produces phone calls and inquiries. We do not sell personal information.
Text messaging
Zentora Marketing manages call tracking numbers on behalf of home service businesses in Texas, such as remodeling and construction contractors. When someone calls one of these tracking numbers and the business cannot answer, an automated text is sent back from the same number the person dialed, inviting them to reply. Staff then continue the conversation by text from that number. Every recipient has just called the business themselves, so consent comes from the customer initiating contact.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We respect your privacy. We use information you provide to send and respond to your mobile messages. This includes sharing it with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who help us deliver messages. We won't share mobile information with third parties for marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are exempt from this. We may disclose information to satisfy legal, regulatory, or governmental requests, avoid liability, or protect our rights or property. This policy applies to your use of the Text Message Service and doesn't modify our general Privacy Policy, which may govern our relationship with you in other contexts.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Our Terms and Conditions cover the messaging service in full.
The free Google Maps heatmap
When you use the free heatmap at /tools/google-maps-heatmap/, we collect the business you pick, the search term you choose and your email address. We keep them with your results for 90 days so the link in your results email keeps working, and Aaryan gets a copy of the request by email and in his lead spreadsheet so he can follow up once about your results.
To hold the tool to one free scan per person per day, we also keep a scrambled code made from your email address and one made from your internet connection. Neither can be turned back into the address or the connection, and both are deleted after 24 hours.
Several services handle parts of the request. Google looks up your business when you search. LeadSnap runs the ranking check, and it receives your business and the search term but not your email. Cloudflare Turnstile runs the spam check and sees your connection and browser. Resend delivers the emails, and Google Sheets holds Aaryan's lead spreadsheet.
To stop any further email about your heatmap, reply "unsubscribe" to the results email or write to [email protected]. We then keep your address on a do-not-email list so the tool never emails it again.
Who we share it with
We share information with the vendors that run the tools we use, and only so they can perform that job for us. These include our website host, our analytics provider, our email provider, our call tracking and messaging platform, the phone carriers that deliver messages, and the services named in the heatmap section above. Where the information relates to a client's leads, we share it with that client, because they are the business you were trying to reach.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
Cookies
This site and the client sites we build use cookies to remember where a visitor came from, so a phone call can be attributed to the marketing that produced it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of a site may stop working normally.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and call records for as long as we work with the client concerned, and afterwards only as long as we need them for our own records or to meet a legal obligation.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message.
Children
Our services are meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
