The best roofing marketing agencies in 2026, compared

Eleven agencies that market roofing companies, compared on five facts: published price, contract terms, who owns the website and accounts, roofing case studies with numbers, and reviews. Each fact comes from the agency's own site and terms, or from its Google and Clutch profiles, read on October 19, 2026, and links to where it came from.

Zentora wrote this page and sits in the same table on the same facts. The rows run in alphabetical order, and the page ranks no one.

Before you sign

Ask every agency these four questions

More on this in how to hire a roofing marketing company and what an SEO retainer should buy.

  1. How long is the contract, and what does it take to leave?

Some agencies on this page publish month-to-month terms and others publish none. Read the agreement you sign, because a pricing page and a contract can say different things.

  2. Who owns the Google profile, the website and the domain if you leave?

Four agencies on this page don't say. Google's rules say an agency must keep you as owner or co-owner of your profile. Get the website and domain in writing too.

  3. What counts as a lead, and how will I see each one?

Ask to see the call recordings and form entries behind every count.

  4. Can you show roofing work in a market like mine?

A named roofing case study with dates is worth more than a percentage on a home page.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How much does a roofing marketing agency cost?

Published monthly prices on this page start at $249 (Footbridge Media), and the highest listed plan is $4,999 (Built-Right Digital's Scale plan). Roofing Webmasters charges $99 to start and doesn't publish its monthly fee. RYNO says its roofing clients typically invest $5,000 or more. Thrive publishes general SEO ranges and CinchLocal publishes no price. Ad budgets are paid on top. All as of October 19, 2026.

Which roofing marketing agencies work month to month?

Footbridge Media, Roofex SEO, Roofing Webmasters, Thrive and Zentora publish month-to-month terms. Hook Agency starts SEO on a 12-month contract that goes month to month after. Built-Right Digital's pricing page says month to month, while its terms set a six-month default minimum for SEO. CinchLocal states no minimum, but its plans auto-renew and cancelling takes 14 days' written notice. Contractor Marketing Pros, Roofing Marketing Crew and RYNO don't publish a term. All as of October 19, 2026.

Who owns the website and accounts if I leave an agency?

It depends on the agency, so get it in writing. Roofex SEO says the website, domain, content, Google profile and data are yours. Hook Agency and RYNO say the website is yours, and Hook adds the ad account. Footbridge Media says the domain and content are yours and hands over the site files when you cancel. Built-Right Digital's terms keep the website until it is paid in full when its cost is spread over the term. CinchLocal's terms keep delivered work as its property under a revocable license. Contractor Marketing Pros, Roofing Marketing Crew, Roofing Webmasters and Thrive don't say. Zentora's pricing page says the website, domain, Google profile and ad account are yours. All as of October 19, 2026.

Should a roofer hire a roofing-only agency?

Roofex SEO, Roofing Webmasters and CinchLocal work only with roofers. Roofing Marketing Crew is the roofing division of Fannit, which serves many trades, and Zentora's plans are built for roofing companies. A generalist can still do good roofing work, so ask any agency for named roofing case studies in a market like yours.
